Spring Newsletter: My 7 favorite self-reflection questions: Use them to gain clarity and define your priorities!
“The quality of your life depends on the quality of your questions!”
The common thread of good coaching, the best advice, the best education: it’s the art of asking the right questions!
The right answers come from the right questions. That’s why the best “mentors” know how to redirect questions and help people find answers within themselves.
And that’s why, in this newsletter, I’m going to share with you my 5 favorite introspective questions on the global level and 2 in business (for my entrepreneur friends).
You can take advantage of the rising Spring temperatures to sit outside and think about how you’d answer them….
đź’ˇMy 7 favorite introspective questions:
I really like to ask myself these questions at least once a quarter.
Spring is perhaps the best time to ask them:
- If money were no object, how would I spend my time?
- If I had 2 years to live, what would my plan be for the next 24 months?
- What would I like to be remembered for at my funeral?
- If I repeated this week’s actions for 10 years, what would my life be like?
- What activities in the last 3 weeks have: drained my energy? Gave me energy?
2 complementary questions for entrepreneurs:
- What’s working well in my business (doing more and better)? And what’s not working at all (stop)?
- If I had to make X10 on my sales by working as much, or less, what would I have to put in place?
Do you like this kind of introspection? Do you need clarity?
